The things that interviewers look for

We believe resumes are key to gaining the interviewer's attention.

communication

It's not just enough to know technical details. You must be able to explain them too.

Interview Preparation

Anchor 1

There's not a thing more important in the placement process than the interview itself. It's the one time when you can show your skills off in person and know more about the role and the company. If you are part of your university's placement drive, then salary negotiation doesn't come into question. Otherwise, that is a key part of the interview process as well.

We thought it best to have interviews based on each role's requirement rather than our own custom experience. In this preparation module, we will work on all the stages of the placement process, starting from insights into the online test and ending at the final personal interview.

Below are the interview preparation packages that we currently offer.

Technical and Quantitative

These are usually what are given in the job description, and form a bulk of your evaluation in most skills. No employer wants to hire someone with all talk and no substance. Technical and Quantitative tests are not just about how much you know but also about how much you can apply, and that too in a limited time.

Being good at Technical and Quantitative skills almost always guarantees an interviewees progression to at least the final HR round, which is usually the stage where evaluation changes from these topics to communication skills.

Resume Improvement

Your resume is the first impression you make on your interviewer. As the age old saying goes, the first impression is the best impression. So why not go the extra mile and make a resume your interviewer simply won't forget?

Remember, your resume is not just a fact box, it's also a testament to your commitment and creativity. A visually appealing resume offers you numerous benefits. It becomes a talking point during the interview where you are in control of the narrative, which is a sweet rarity.

Communication Skills

Believe it or not, Communication Skills are tested from the beginning to the end of the interview process, even during the Online Test! Besides, even if you want to express your technical skills, you will need communication skills.

Many companies have multiple rounds to test communication skills such as JAMs (Just a Minute), Group Discussions, Debates and of course, personal interviews (HR/non technical).

It's easy to see why communications skills are the lifeline of your interview. We'll help you get these right in our sessions dedicated for communication skills.
